Make an impact with 360 Support.
Deliver specialized daily care tailored to geriatric residents, including memory care and fall-prevention protocols. Support mobility using mechanical lifts, transfer boards, gait belts, and wheelchairs. Assist residents with eating, hygiene, continence management, and recreational activities. Observe and report signs of cognitive decline, skin breakdown, pressure sores, or infection to the supervising nurse. Document restorative nursing goals, meals consumed, fluid intake, and behavior logs
What we’re looking for
- Education: Completion of an MBON-approved CNA/GNA curriculum.
- Licensure: Active CNA certificate with the Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) designation on the Maryland Nurse Aide Registry (passed the NNAAP written/skills exam). Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist in two-person transfers.
