About the opportunity
Make an impact with 360 Support.
Room patients, record vital signs, document chief complaints, and reconcile medications. Perform point-of-care lab tests (e.g., urinalysis, rapid strep/flu), phlebotomy, and standard 12-lead ECGs. Prepare exam rooms, sterilize clinical instruments, and assist physicians during minor in-office procedures. Administer approved immunizations and medications under the direct orders of a licensed physician. Coordinate prescription refill requests, prior authorizations, and patient appointment scheduling.
What we’re looking for
- Education: High school diploma or GED; graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program (CAAHEP or ABHES).
- Certifications: Active national certification (CMA via AAMA, RMA via AMT, or CCMA via NHA); active BLS/CPR certification.
- Skills: Proficiency with standard EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Athenahealth) and basic phlebotomy.
- Experience: 1+ years in an ambulatory or primary care setting preferred.
